  Uh, oh…  

  I’ve been shooting more 35mm this year, and really loving the results. Here are a few recent shots….  

  Over Memorial Day weekend, I took another trip up north to Walker and Akeley, Minnesota. Here are a few photos taken in and around the area.      

  Lauderdale and Whittier in France? What’s next, Diet Coke? But seriously, I’m excited to have had my work chosen to be featured on the French photography blog La Lettre de la Photographie.

  I headed to my homeland, Dakota County, for the final “My Lonely Condition” shots. I came up with a few for the project, and a few others as well. In my opinion, Dakota County is a photographer’s dream. It’s like North Dakota crossed with Milwaukee. (Even the name itself is, kind of. )

  I took a day trip west to Willmar, Minnesota the other day. It’s a great town to do photography, but is also rife with potential photographic cliches.   Here’s another shot from my series-in-progress, My Lonely Condition. This is a Kwik Trip station in St. Bonifacius, Minnesota. They have “Top Tier” gasoline there (or so I hear).
